This TLSO brace is a great option for dealing with compression fractures. This Thoraco lumbosacral support belt has a three-point pressure system that reduces problems associated with compression fractures. How to wear it
Wear a T-shirt under the brace to protect your skin and absorb sweat
Wear the brace tightly
Wear it as directed by your doctor, including how often and how long to wear it
It's generally not advisable to wear a back brace all day because prolonged use can lead to muscle atrophy and dependency on the brace, potentially weakening your back muscles and worsening pain or injuries in the long run.
It's usually not recommended to sleep with a back brace on. However, there are some situations where wearing a brace to bed may be helpful.
